Beautiful work - I really like how the clouds follow in a spiral , very nice lighting / shadow effect . I do wish there was a lil bit more detail on the moon , I do know when there is a full moon at night you can see what astronomers call ' The Lady of the Moon .'

Well....u really managed it to 'kill' the image in four hours with ur retouching...
Those colors make me scream and run away in fear. OK maybe this was intended to be.....

herm..... i think i hid a layer when editing it because i know i had detail in that moon =(

and i dont think i "killed" it...
what i did manage to do is "kill" off alot of unused space and add a focus point to my image which i didnt originaly have...
and color is nothing to fear if used right.

I'm sorry, but I like the original MUCH better. It's softer, more eye-appealing, and overall nicer. If you wanted to edit out some dead space, then just crop the picture, to bring focus to the fairy, tone down the brightness of the moon, and lighten the fairy with white, and light blue highlights, not the strong bold colors you used.
